Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is your hourly rate?

At Revised Brand, the previous hourly rate was $100/hour for a minimum of 2 hours. However, the current pricing model is based upon fixed prices. However, if you need any work that is not listed under our services, we can discuss any potential solutions & what the cost may be on a case-by-case basis.

What if I want a refund?

Once the terms are signed and payment Is received, the next step in the process is for you to gain access to the Client Portal to provide the needed information to start the design project. The project moving towards completion is contingent upon your completion of the information in the Client Portal. In the unlikely event that you do not gain access to the Client Portal within 5 business days, you will receive a full refund. However, if you would like to cancel our services after we begin work on your website and logo designs, you will forfeit your deposit and we will pull down your site. You will not be refunded any costs up to that point since we have already began the process of fulfilling our work.

How long will all of this take?

The exact length of time it takes to complete a project can vary depending on how quickly the Client Portal is completed, and feedback is received on designs. With that being said, the project will end in 30 days regardless of project completion, unless you pay a reactivation fee as it states in the terms and conditions. Once we gather all the details we need for your project to get started, we will present the first round of designs within 5 business days (typically less). After each round of feedback (no more than 3), we will present the design changes within 2-3 business days. So, overall, a site can take anywhere from 10 to 20 business days to complete if the Client Portal is completed and feedback is received in a timely manner.

What if I want more than 2 rounds of changes?

During the quoting process, we can include additional rounds of revisions into the price. We do not refund additional rounds purchased. If you would like additional features or pages, we can bill you based on our pricing sheet for those items. They will be charged as a one-time fee.

Why do you limit the rounds of revisions?

We have determined that keeping the number of rounds at a limit of 2 allows for flexibility while also allowing the design process to keep progressing towards completion. We want to ensure that your website is launched in a timely manner.
We have found that 2 rounds allows for a multitude of changes and revisions, if any.

Who will write and edit the copy of the website?

When you gain access to the Client Portal, it will ask you for any text you have on hand for your website. If you require the services of a copywriter we can provide one for you with an additional charge.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate during regular business hours 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday EST. This includes any site maintenance or tech support. Should you require 24/7 support, we can discuss assigning a tech support professional to your site for an additional fee depending on your requirements.

Do you provide ongoing site maintenance?

Once all balances are settled, should you decide to maintain your own site, you will be granted full control to make whatever changes you deem necessary. However, if you would like assistance with ongoing maintenance of us making the changes for you, we can provide it for you with an additional charge.

How much does a website typically cost?

The cost of your website can range widely based on the scope (what you want on your website). The unique page count and eCommerce product amount greatly contributes the most to the final cost as each layout is thoughtfully organized.
