These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern services provided by Revised Brand (“Company”) to the Client (“Client”) in connection with website development, digital strategy, branding, government contracting support, AI operations support, consulting, and related services.
1. Services
The Client is engaging Revised Brand as an independent contractor for services that may include website strategy and development, branding, digital systems support, AI operations support, government contracting support, consulting, and related digital services (“Project”).
Projects may be developed using Wix.com and/or other approved third-party platforms, tools, integrations, and software providers.
2. Third-Party Platforms & Hosting
Websites developed through Wix.com must remain hosted on the Wix platform unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The Client authorizes Revised Brand to access necessary third-party accounts, platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, integrations, scheduling systems, payment systems, and related software required to complete the Project.
The Client understands that hosting services, domain services, payment systems, AI tools, and third-party platforms are operated independently and are outside the direct control of Revised Brand.
3. Website Compatibility & Functionality
Revised Brand makes reasonable efforts to follow current industry standards and best practices related to website functionality, usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Websites are designed to function properly on current versions of major modern browsers, including:

Google Chrome

Safari
-
Mozilla Firefox
-
Microsoft Edge
Mobile responsiveness is also implemented; however, appearance and functionality may vary slightly depending on device, screen size, browser version, operating system, or third-party platform limitations.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, feedback, approvals, access credentials, documentation, and communication required for the completion of the Project in a timely manner.
The Client is solely responsible for:

accuracy of submitted information,
-
legal compliance,
-
copyright permissions,
-
trademarks,
-
business operations,
-
and final review of all published content.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
The Client represents and warrants that any text, graphics, photos, logos, trademarks, documents, or other materials provided to Revised Brand are owned by the Client or that the Client has obtained proper permission for use.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Revised Brand from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal disputes, or expenses arising from materials supplied by the Client.
The Client also agrees not to upload or distribute copyrighted, unlawful, or infringing content through any website or system developed by Revised Brand.
6. Portfolio & Marketing Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Revised Brand reserves the right to display completed projects, screenshots, design elements, and related work within its portfolio, marketing materials, social media, presentations, and professional showcases.
7. Website Maintenance & Support
Unless otherwise specified in writing, projects include limited minor support following project launch for basic adjustments such as:

updating links,
-
correcting minor text edits,
-
and resolving minor formatting issues.
Major revisions, additional pages, redesigns, integrations, strategy work, restructuring, content replacement, AI implementation, troubleshooting caused by third-party systems, or client-caused issues are billed separately at Revised Brand’s current hourly or project rates.
8. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

project scope,
-
communication delays,
-
content delivery,
-
revisions,
-
third-party providers,
-
and other external factors.
Revised Brand is not responsible for delays caused by missing client content, delayed approvals, platform outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
If there is no communication or project activity from the Client for 30 days or more, Revised Brand reserves the right to pause the project and apply a project reactivation fee.
9. Payments & Refunds
All payments made to Revised Brand are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Projects may require full or partial payment before work begins. Final files, website transfers, launches, publishing, or access delivery may be withheld until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
Failure to complete a project due to lack of communication, non-payment, or client inactivity does not release the Client from payment obligations.
Revised Brand reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances.
10. Government Contracting & Business Support Disclaimer
Revised Brand provides strategic support, guidance, and assistance related to business infrastructure, documentation, registrations, and government contracting readiness.
Revised Brand does not guarantee:

contract awards,
-
funding approval,
-
grant approval,
-
certification approval,
-
legal outcomes,
-
or business revenue results.
The Client remains solely responsible for all business decisions, legal compliance, filings, registrations, certifications, and submissions.
11. AI & Technology Disclaimer
Revised Brand may utilize AI-powered tools, automation systems, integrations, and third-party software platforms in the delivery of services.
The Client acknowledges that AI systems and third-party platforms may contain limitations, errors, outages, evolving policies, or unexpected functionality outside the control of Revised Brand.
Revised Brand does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality of third-party systems, hosting platforms, AI tools, integrations, payment systems, or automation software.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revised Brand shall not be liable for:

indirect damages,
-
lost profits,
-
lost business opportunities,
-
data loss,
-
platform outages,
-
service interruptions,
-
cybersecurity incidents,
-
third-party failures,
-
or consequential damages arising from services provided.
The Client agrees that use of all services, platforms, and deliverables is at the Client’s own risk.
13. Legal Compliance
The Client is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, taxes, licensing requirements, industry standards, and business obligations associated with their business, website, operations, products, services, and online activities.
14. Termination
Revised Brand reserves the right to terminate services at any time for:

abusive behavior,
-
non-payment,
-
fraudulent activity,
-
illegal activity,
-
excessive delays,
-
or violations of this Agreement.
Any completed work up to the date of termination remains billable.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between Revised Brand and the Client regarding services provided.
Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By submitting payment, signing a proposal, approving an invoice, or engaging services, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
